Boxwood
A very special project; featuring the provision of a spacious and light infused multifunctional ground floor addition to an 18th Century stone-built cottage. Contained within this space are a large reception area with a garden room feel, complete with dining table that converts into a snooker table. Other notable features created to satisfy the clients' brief were an innovative gabled oak framed feature window, a viewing aperture created within the external dry stone wall through which a lone barn on the horizon could be seen. Also incorporated was a cleverly concealed wiring layout leading to a music system housed within an alcove on invisibly supported Brazilian slate shelves. The huge external stone wall was removed in part enabling the incorporation of a new kitchen.
